Sending data to /stoken

Hi there, thanks for your great effort!

I'm trying to setup the button without Amazon app, following your document, I'm trying to call /stoken and /network.

However, I don't understand how to encode the data to send to /stoken and /network. Could you please help me?
I'm able to send public key to /pubkey and retrieve device public key from /pubkey
