Additional feature requests

• Blending mode parameter for drawing image/text (e.g. additive instead of overlay)
• Time zone conversion for timestamps (maybe a time zone parameter that can be passed to any function that takes a timestamp parameter?)
• Draw text with outline (of specified colour, width and opacity)
• Bloom/glow for text (to appear behind text and its optional outline) of specified size (blur radius)
• Helper functions for timestamps to get e.g. year, month index of year (0-11), day index of month (0-30), week index of year (0-52), day index of week (0-6), day index of year (0-365), hour of day, minute of hour. They should take a time zone into consideration, of course. Where necessary, functions could take a "first day of week" parameter
