string_to_slug and vice versa

Would be nice to make the new :slug feature available in its own function, e.g.
UUID.string_to_slug!("870df8e8-3107-4487-8316-81e089b8c2cf")
and
UUID.slug_to_string!("<some slug>")

Readme should be updated accordingly.
