Completely replaces sky block rendering with normal block rendering using a custom block layer with a fragment shader which renders the captured skybox texture on top of the render layer geometry.
Makes sky blocks render pretty much as fast as normal blocks, while the old TESR rendering made the game basically unplayable after a few hundred blocks.
This is pretty invasive, but it should work fine for vanilla and nothirium. I didnt test celeritas, i cant get that to work in dev env, but id expect it to also need a bit of compat code similar to nothirium.
