47 unittest with pytest

Fix minor issues:

• Replace testing using unittest with pytest: Closes unittest with pytest #47
• Remove deprecated logfilenameprefix: Closes Remove parameter 'logfilenameprefix'. It is not used by the new logger. #35
• Fix docs: notebook of ratemeters and bayesian blocks
