This a repository accompanying the "Cytokine-Driven Immunogenicity Prediction: Integrating HLA Binding and Cytokine Induction" paper. This paper introduces a suite of cytokine release prediction models EpiLAMA-IL and an immunogenicity prediction model EpiLAMA-IM.
