Some DNS-over-TLS URLs in this list omitted the `tls://` prefix. I went through the list and made sure all these URLs now have the prefix to make copy-pasting into a DNS configuration easier.

There's a typo in the 'Add to AdGuard' and 'Add to AdGuard VPN' links for the uncensored.dns.dnswarden.com server. The links contain huncensored.dns.dnswarden.com instead of uncensored.dns.dnswarden.com.
