Replaces the button-based label selection with a modern dropdown menu featuring satellite imagery specific classes (buildings, roads, vegetation, water, agricultural, etc.). Each label now has a logical color assignment (green for vegetation, blue for water, red for buildings, etc.) that is applied to annotations on the canvas and in the sidebar. The dropdown maintains the ability to add custom labels with intelligent color logic and includes visual color indicators throughout the UI for better annotation identification.
