Fix name error of methoxymalonyl-ACP and adds the calculation of correlations.

BiGMeC first release!

Evaluated pipeline for NRPS and PKS gene clusters with a total accuracy of 72.8% in predicting the domain function. In addition to the pipeline itself, the release also covers scripts used to make figures, get GenBank files from MiBiG and predict strain engineering strategies.
The repository also contains all MIBiG BGC clusters as GenBank files, the contructed pathways and the optknock results.
