Here is my data for the oven HWO60SM2F9XH.
There is some data and statistics missing, the most I miss is the "Preheat status", which I used a lot in an old Home Assistant integration, which helped me to automate notifications when the oven ended the preheat, as the chime of the oven itself is very quiet, but feel free to add as many controls and sensors as you can!
