windowLevels of volumeBar and volumeBackground are adjusted to UIWindowLevelStatusBar only when volumeControlStyle == ABVolumeControlStyleStatusBar, but these windowLevels are always adjusted to UIWindowLevelStatusBar-1 when setVolumeControlStyle: is called, which changes windowLevel of keyWindow in styles other than ABVolumeControlStyleStatusBar
