- Moved ImproveWithAIModal, CommandBar, AiErrorAlert, and AiModalSkeleton to shared directory for reuse.
- Updated GoalContent and OutOfScope components to utilize shared AI components.
- Introduced ModuleOutOfScopeContext and ModuleAdditionalTargetContext for managing AI suggestions and modal states.
- Removed redundant AI components from Goal module.
- Enhanced OutOfScope component with AI suggestion functionality and integrated CommandBar for text formatting.
