Add board-specific configuration and device tree overlay files for the NXP i.MX8M Plus EVK (imx8mp_evk_mimx8ml8_adsp) to support OpenAMP inter-processor communication. These configurations are based on the Zephyr project's OpenAMP resource table sample board configurations to ensure compatibility with the upstream Zephyr RTOS framework.
