[WIP] Parser

This is a draft PR to mark the beginning of the new Parser module implementation. This branch is in its very early stages and currently contains only foundational/placeholder code.

Purpose:

• To establish the basic module structure and dependencies.
• To serve as a placeholder for incremental development.
• To facilitate early discussion on the overall architecture if needed.

Current State:

• This is an empty / minimal skeleton. Core parsing logic is not yet implemented.
• The PR will remain in Draft status until it reaches a functional state worthy of review.

Next Steps:
Development of the core parsing logic will follow in subsequent commits.
