Looks good to me. There are multi serialization.py for multiapi cases, but I think it is not a big issue. @iscai-msft, I release a dev version https://www.npmjs.com/package/@typespec/http-client-python/v/0.12.0-dev.1, so feel free to update package.json then merge this PR.
