This pull request adds a complete and updated French translation for the Unofficial Community Patch (UCP) 5.0.4 for Borderlands 2.
Based on the original French Add-On by Astor
Updated and corrected for UCP 5.0.4 compatibility
Includes README, MIT license, and cabinet.info for ModCabinet integration
