This commit includes the following improvements to the kitty configuration: - Validated the configuration and fixed all syntax errors. - Conducted a performance audit of the `perf-balanced.conf` and `perf-lowlatency.conf` files. - Reviewed the security settings and confirmed that they are up-to-date and properly configured. - Updated the `theme-neon.conf` and `theme-matrix-ops.conf` files to be more consistent with the latest design standards and best practices. - Checked the `keybindings.conf` file for any conflicting or redundant keybindings and resolved them.
