Added learned unmixing to be callable from PATATO.
Further documentation and instructions as well as automatic best-suited training dataset detection will be added soon.
I had some issues with the automatic pip installation for TensorFlow from the learned unmixing GitHub.
Could you please double-check if you run into the same issues?
