- Supports for MetaboScape 5.0 and retrocompatible. - Less rigid columns requirements.
Because we can't assume it since it ould be either .d or .tdf. This will require updating the documentation for the metadata requirement. No suffix for the filename should be specified.

Adding extra support for semi-colon separated and comma decimal separator for the feature quantification table that Progenesis QI export on Windows with European standards.
