Multiple EmailRule support

This marks one of the last major feature additions. This is nearly release ready. Functionality-wise, most of the features are in this release. Future releases will improve the look of the app and squash bugs.

Mailman-Google Clone

Includes a first pass at the dev environment. Includes a prototype UI along with basic functionality.

Binaries include a web deployment and a GAS deployment.
