Proposed changes
while implementing the buzz-roll feature I came across various tech-debts which this PR cleans.
The way we scaled the stems and aligned things was not very optimal and scattered across the codebase.
This PR cleans them up and allows easier implementation of the buzzroll without touching such a whole rework.
Beside that there are smaller bits I tackled in this PR.
