Palette: Add copy button to Custom Recipe config viewer #420

Added a 'Copy Config' button to the 'View Config' modal in the Custom Recipe dashboard. This allows users to easily copy the JSON configuration to their clipboard. - Added `useClipboard` from `@vueuse/core`. - Updated `custom_recipe.vue` to include a footer with Close and Copy buttons. - Added localization strings for Copy, Copied, and Close actions. - Verified with Playwright.

Palette UX Improvement: Added a 'Copy Config' button to the Custom Recipe configuration view modal. Previously, users had to manually select and copy the JSON text. Now, a dedicated button handles this with one click, providing visual feedback ("Copied!"). This standardizes the modal interaction and improves usability for debugging or reusing configurations.
