It's a product of its time and KFO branching out from AOV, it used to be a lot more common. However making this configurable is a sound idea. I'd say it should be configurable on a hub-wide basis. |

Seems incredibly opinionated to outright block this particular string just because it's commonly used for OOC messages. If it's important it could be made configurable.
