Add comprehensive date-based versioning support while maintaining v4 major version

This PR addresses the request for better versioning examples that include dates while keeping the major v4 version. The implementation provides multiple date-based versioning strategies with full backward compatibility.

🔧 Enhanced VersionService

The VersionService class now supports:

• Date-based version detection: Automatically identifies Calendar Versioning patterns
• Smart version comparison: Handles both semantic (4.6.0) and date-based (4.2024.08.25) versions
• Version parsing: Extract components from any supported format
• Auto-generation: Create new date-based versions in multiple formats
• Format identification: Distinguish between semantic, CalVer, and custom formats

📋 Supported Version Formats

1. Calendar Versioning (Recommended): 4.2024.08.25

   • Clear release date indication
   • Maintains v4 major version
   • Chronological ordering

2. Week-based: 4.2024.34

   • Year + ISO week number
   • Good for weekly releases

3. Semantic + Build Metadata: 4.6.0+20240825

   • Preserves semantic versioning
   • Adds date as build metadata

4. Extended Format: Includes build date, commit hash, branch info

Usage Examples

// Generate today's version
$version = VersionManager::generateDateBasedVersion('calver');
// Returns: "4.2024.08.25"

// Compare versions
$isNewer = VersionManager::isVersionNewer('4.2024.08.26', '4.2024.08.25');

$components = VersionManager::parseVersionComponents('4.2024.08.25');
// Returns: ['major' => '4', 'year' => '2024', 'month_or_week' => '08', 'day' => '25', 'type' => 'calver']

Testing

Added comprehensive test suite covering:

• Semantic version detection and parsing
• Date-based version detection and parsing
• Version comparison for all supported formats
• Version generation in multiple formats
• Component extraction

Backward Compatibility

All existing functionality is preserved. The current version.json format continues to work unchanged, and the isBaseUpToDate() method maintains its existing behavior.

Migration Path

Users can adopt date-based versioning by:

1. Choosing a format from the examples
2. Updating their version.json
3. Optionally using the new comparison methods for enhanced version logic

This provides the flexibility to include dates in versioning while maintaining the v4 major version as requested.
