Partial implementation of Organization has_many Events. Use the MeetupAPI to pre-fill the organization details in a before_create. Some minor customization of the organization new & show views. Misc: fixed a bug in the RemoveLocationFromEvents migration

Generated an Organization scaffold with some minor styling.
If the org URL contains "meetup.com", then I can prefill the organization name and description (
about) from the MeetupAPI (#2). We can use AJAX with this to implement #14 with Meetup URLs.Also includes an unrelated bug fix in the RemoveLocationFromEvents migration.
