Upgrade to pg18, add healthchecks to containers

• Add healthchecks
  • hold startup of jellystat until db is ready
• Upgrade to pg18
  • Note: pg18 moved volume mount location

I didn't want to add a new endpoint to the app, and I saw that GET /auth/isConfigured returned 200 OK even without X-API-KEY, so using that to confirm jellystat is online and ready

Hey @hollanbm , no not yet, im just trying to test this out before i approve it. Im just having issues setting up this version of postgres. Just been struggling with the troubleshooting. Once i get past that i can actually test Jellystat for stability which should be quick

I've been running pg18 for around 3 weeks or so now without any issues. I scanned the dependencies and code beforehand, and I didn't see anything that would prevent it.

The biggest thing is the change to the volume mount on the container image.

No i totally understand that, its probably an issue with my environment, im running on an old Dell R710 so it could be something to do with that. Regardless i always test any merges to make sure so unfortunately il have to delay this until i get it up and running
