close #79
update docker-compose command to the new version docker compose
keep docker-compose as a fallback for those who still uses the old version.
remove VERSION line from docker-compose.yml and docker-compose.apple-silicon.yml files
update docker-compose.yml mysql image from mysql:5.7 to mysql:latest
