Freegeoip.live provides the same API as freegeoip.net provided before July 1, 2018. It has the same request rate policy (up to 10 000 queries per hour). So I suggest replacing freegeoip.net with freegeoip.live and removing the deprecation label from FreeGeoIP provider.
