This started as a tiny effort to use the recent highlights to point to bitmapist-server, but the structure of the README didn't make much sense at times.
This doesn't add or remove any content; it just slightly reorganizes it and prettifies it.
If this conflicts with #82, I'll make sure it's only merged after.
