This PR adds a deployment template for WuzAPI.

Key Features:

  • docker-compose.yml: Includes WuzAPI server and a Postgres 16 database.
  • template.toml: Configured with automatic generation for admin tokens, encryption keys, and db passwords.
  • Logo: Added the official WuzAPI logo.
  • meta.json: Entry added and file sorted.
