Add Kafka-based subscriptions to Eventuous, providing a basic KafkaBasicSubscription that consumes byte[] messages from a Kafka topic, reads the message type and content type from headers, and deserializes events using the existing Eventuous subscription pipeline.
It is intended to work in pair with this other PR kurrent-io/replicator#234.
