Simplified version of ferrisbot

Hosting the bot

The bot requires Server Members Intent enabled in the Applications > $YOUR_BOTS_NAME > Bot settings of Discord's developer portal.

Then just provide nessecary info(DISCORD_GUILD, MOD_ROLE_ID, APPLICATION_ID, DISCORD_TOKEN) in enviroment variables and cargo run
