Welcome to the BioDivGenomics wiki!

The repository manages pipelines with the Workflow Description Language (WDL) files (.wdl).

Our workflow on the Docksotre
- Files: The used WDL files.
- Tools: The tasks and the used Docker repositories in the WDL files.
To use our workflow on your Terra account, you can check this page.
Dockstore and Terra support the Workflow Description Language (WDL) 1.0 specification. The Dockstore Command Line Interface (CLI) and Terra use the WDL workflow engine, Cromwell to run the WDL files.
