Project logistics

New projects names should have the format YYYY_MM_projname, where YYYY_MM are the year and month of creation, so this doesn't get too messy. More fundamental projects (e.g. DiffMaps code) don't need the date.

If applicable, please add the "Coifman group" team as a member of the projects (repository settings -> collaborators and teams), so everyone can edit the project.
