#8142 , Thus we cant merge it.

#8142 <#8142> , In this PR only define what is testing and different parts of it. just definition part.But #8593 , in my PR how actually testing happened with the help of the testing library it shows. both have different meanings or ways of representation. I went through the code and explained the testing in react. If possible, reply to my mail. Thank you!
