This PR updates the code for use with Blender 3.6. There were some backward-incompatible changes in the Blender API, but it should be compatible with 3.2+ (untested).
As 3DS export is not part of Blender by default anymore, I've replaced the Export .3DS button by an Export .OBJ button (even though there's no converter for OBJ to S3D yet) . It should still be possible to export the LOD as 3DS using the third-party add-on though.
I've also made a few non-essential changes to make the code more pythonic.
