Summary of Changes

Hello @aslam-quad, I'm Gemini Code Assist1! I'm currently reviewing this pull request and will post my feedback shortly. In the meantime, here's a summary to help you and other reviewers quickly get up to speed!

This pull request performs a routine version increment for the HPC Toolkit. It updates the application's reported version to v1.73.0 and propagates this new version across all relevant Terraform modules by modifying their provider_meta blocks. This ensures consistency in version reporting throughout the toolkit's components, preparing for a new release cycle.

Highlights

  • Application Version Update: The core application version string in cmd/root.go has been incremented from v1.72.0 to v1.73.0.
  • Terraform Module Version Bumps: All versions.tf files across various community and core Terraform modules have been updated to reflect the new v1.73.0 version in their provider_meta blocks, ensuring consistent version tracking.

Code Review

This pull request merges version v1.73.0 into the develop branch. The changes consist of updating the version string across numerous files. My review has identified a couple of inconsistencies where the version was not updated for the google-beta provider in two of the modules. I've added suggestions to correct these.
