feat: support change server host

This PR includes following changes

• org.openlca.gdt.server.Server.java: adding support to new parameter -host to change the default localhost. This allows to deploy into cloud/other envs.
• Dockerfile.custom: I noticed that the used Dockerfile was using different jars from the specified in the maven build. Hence this new file allows to fully use the maven jars and keep using the gdt-server-native lib (since it's internal tool).
