This PR adds the basis completeness plots from Luca's notebook https://github.com/HEP-PBSP/wm-paper/blob/main/wmin_basis_studies/benchmark_PCA_bases/basis_bench.ipynb to the weight-minimisation module of colibri, allowing the user to produce these plots through a validphys runcard.
Two types of plots are available:
