SDK Issue 229: Added support for MultiSelectListView

@pcp2023, thanks for the PR. It won't be merged directly but I used it as a base to implement this feature internally. It should be in the next Plugin SDK release.

Thanks for update. The HS4 js files to patch in H4/html/bootstrap/js are available from https://user.fm/files/v2-03d10ada2e006f961e39158da07e74e0/hs4_html_bootstrap_js.20250628.zip in case Rich did not forward my earlier email. Also just noticed as I used the API in one of my plugins a copy/paste but in getStringSelectioKeys() (1 liner change as it was returning a string going of GetSekectedOptionKeys instead of GetSekectedOptions).
