- TFEA: I added new algorithms and udpates to the original software TFEA (Paper).
- Bidir-Counting-Analysis: Nextflow pipeline that integrates the algorithm Mu_Counts and address overlapping transcription (Paper)
- LIET: I edited this software to operate on enhancers and work with high-throughput analyses (Papers: original software & LIET-EMG).

- SCRNA-GWAS-Benchmarking: Evaluating methods for integrating single-cell data and genetics (Paper)
- NanoString-RNAseq-HGSOC: Integrating RNA-seq and NanoString data to identify biomarkers of ovarian cancer (Manuscript in prep)
- Improving_tRE_Analysis_Paper: Developing new algorithms to optimize identification of differentially expressed enhancers and transcriptional regulatory networks.

Teaching Resources:
- IQ_Bootcamp_2023: To teach computational concepts to incoming interdisciplinary quantitative biology students (great resource for both newbies and experts)
- Short Read Workshop 2023: 2 week workshop held by Dr. Robin Dowell & Dr. Mary Allen Lab for going over preparation, quality control, and analysis of data, most specifically high-throughput short read sequencing data (e.g. RNA-seq, CHIP-seq, etc.) link
- 👀 I’m interested in using and developing computational tools to analyze large-scale biological data.
- 🌱 I’m currently learning machine learning techniques, algorithm development, and high-dimensional data statistics.
