Random 4kB I thought we had agreed through the process to include it as a test phase. These changes seem to remove it too. If we haven't done process properly, let's correct that so we can continue that test since we all agreed to it already.

Jay, there are two different random phases. The one in question here is not the same as the ior-rnd4k-easy-read phase that was added in the last round of discussions, but an older version of the same. |

Removing extended mode from IO500 and any other phase as this is following "rules".
