This Enroller Plugin is facilitating the Enrollment of e person where the Email recipient holding a self-signup flow link will result in a CO Identity / CO person holding a UID identifier with the email address of the invitation mail. This is for use-cases where a Service is initiating enrollment and expecting the resulting UserID to become the email adres at which the invitation was sent.

Example on how to initiate the flow:
https://example.com/registry/email_uid_enroller/email_uid_enroller_co_petitions/start/coef:6/invite:am9vcEB2YW5lbGxlbmRlLm5s

[ the 'invite' parameter holds a base64 encoded email address ]
