UVoxID: a Universal Voxel IDentifier- gives a discrete 192-bit address from center of earth to ~2 light years away. time_delta_t (tDt) : count discrete steps between any 2 points in time in whatever time units from ns-millenia physox : a physics framework that uses directly UVoxID as opposed to the typical cartesian space of x,y,z - eliminates/reduces floating point errors in calculations over long distances/extended time. all 3 of these are installable with
