Internship - Neuro-Robotic Touch Lab (Pisa, Italy)
Designed a study on the Haptic Phantom Touch device, aiming to further analyse human like exploration strategy in a tissue palpation context (for nodule identification). This in order to analyse the potential implementation of such methods in a human-in-loop or autonomous robotic platform.- Programmed an automatic generation of a virtual object for biologic tissue representation.
- Designed an haptic application using the Open Haptic SDK, rendering realistic palpation.
- Experimented, and analysed data both traditionally and with deep machine learning RNN (LSTM layers).
Internship - Antilogy (Paris, France)
- Drafted a 3D graph visualization application - First hands-on experiment developping on a VR headset (Meta quest 3) with Unity.-
