I've pulled this in as a branch here:

(Probably not the most descriptive branch name :) )

However, the templateUrl solution doesn't seem to be working yet. Angular url references are relative either to the index.html or to the domain root depending on the leading slash (ie - "/place.html" or "place.html". So, as is, it fails in the demo app.

We are looking at this solution here:

Which feels a bit hackety, but adding templates seems worth it.
