There is an extra from Nertea for CryoEngines called CryoEnginesRestock that changes several engines, including the Skipper, to function as hydrolox to match their real-world inspirations. SWE changes the Skipper plume to kerolox, which is based on its stock performance characteristics.
This PR changes the SWE patch to defer to WaterfallRestock's hydrolox plume if CryoEnginesRestock is installed, so that the plume matches the propellant.
