Updates display warnings / errors

Two small changes here:

• Makes the error message about input array shape for animshow more informative (it sounded like it was about images, even when given videos)
• Move the attempt to import IPython.display.HTML to within animshow and raise the ImportError if not found, rather than raising a warning at the top of file.
