Don't save bulk import data or offer a download link

Rationale

This PR removes some obsolete functionality in the study module:

• Stop saving the uploaded data to files during a dataset bulk import.
• Don't render a download link in the import history grid view (the filePath field in the table is still retained)

Tasks 📍

• Manual Testing
  • Verified that importing files into datasets still adds rows to the upload history
  • Verified that no "download data file" links or column appear
  • Verified that filepath column is NULL for new entries
  • Verified that uploaded files don't appear in the file root
  • Interestingly, I had no existing UploadLog rows in any of my databases. This table must not be populated when importing from a folder archive, which seems odd.
