This PR fixes and renames a few READMEs. In particular, the following changes were made:
centrallix-sysdoc/READMEtocentrallix-sysdoc/README.md.centrallix-doc/READMEtocentrallix-doc/README.mdand remove extraneous newline.README.mdto root, to direct new viewers to the appropriate folder (as stated in the other two READMEs.
